Literary Agency

Looking for an Agent Who Responds Quickly?

I will respond to your submission within three weeks. Writers deserve the courtesy of a response, not months of silence.

Since 1979, I have worked in sales, in the publisher’s office (Berkley Books), as an acquisitions editor (Dodd,Mead), managing editor (Bantam), and packager for such publishers  as McGraw-Hill,  Doubleday, and Fairchild. I started my agency in 2011.

Follow me on Twitter.

What am I looking for?

I am especially looking for narrative nonfiction, biographies, and books on history, literary lives, and science.  It helps if you are an expert on your subject and that you have a platform.

I am also looking for thrillers, mysteries, horror, and literary fiction. It is a positive if you have some publishing credits.
